BuilderVideo is operated by Tiny Echo Limited. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit BuilderVideo, create an account, submit product materials, or purchase a subscription or credits.

Information we process

We process account details supplied through Google sign-in, such as your email address and profile information. We also process the product URLs, images, briefs, generated videos, captions, and related project information that you submit or create in the service. When you make a purchase, payment information is handled by Stripe; BuilderVideo does not store full payment-card details.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide and secure the service, create and deliver your requested video output, administer subscriptions and credits, prevent abuse, and respond to support or account requests. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use carefully selected infrastructure, payment, identity, and AI-processing providers to run BuilderVideo. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us, including secure hosting and storage, sign-in, payments, and generation or transcription of the output you request.

Retention and control

We keep account and project information for as long as needed to operate your account, deliver your library, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may remove project materials through the service where that option is available.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information in transit and at rest. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use strong account security and do not submit information you are not entitled to share.

We may update this notice as BuilderVideo evolves. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above.
