Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to BuilderVideo, a service operated by Tiny Echo Limited. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account and materials

You are responsible for your account and for all materials you submit, including product URLs, images, scripts, and instructions. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for us and our service providers to process those materials to provide BuilderVideo.

AI-assisted output

BuilderVideo uses automated systems to analyse materials and create video output. Generated output can contain errors, omissions, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing, advertising with it, or relying on it for any commercial, legal, medical, financial, or other consequential purpose.

Plans, payments, and credits

Paid plans, credits, billing periods, and applicable prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are subject to the limits, expiry rules, and other conditions displayed in the service at the time they are issued. We may change future pricing or plan features with notice where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not use BuilderVideo in a way that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, violates privacy or publicity rights, creates deceptive or harmful content, attempts to disrupt the service, or bypasses access, billing, or usage limits. Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.

Ownership

As between you and Tiny Echo Limited, you retain your rights in the materials you submit. Subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party provider terms, you may use your generated output. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and deliver your materials and output through BuilderVideo.

Availability and liability

BuilderVideo is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Echo Limited does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that output will be error-free, unique, suitable for a particular purpose, or legally cleared for your intended use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties. We will post material updates on this page. You may stop using BuilderVideo at any time.
